Senior Management

Monsong Chen
Co-Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Monsong is an expert in the fields of networking and multimedia. Prior to co-founding InfoValue, Monsong conducted leading edge research at IBM Watson Research Center and held various senior management positions within IBM. He pioneered a carrier-grade multiparty video conferencing system that became part of IBM's contribution to the National Information Infrastructure campaign in the early 1990s. Monsong's areas of expertise include high-speed network architecture, optical communications, video conferencing and networked applications. He holds many international patents in networking and multimedia technologies. Monsong received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.


Aubrey Flanagan
Vice President, Business Development and Solutions


Aubrey has 14 years of experience in the telecommunications and defense industries. Prior to joining InfoValue, he was responsible for the development and support of AT&T's network management and monitoring system, and also the resident expert and lead architect for the AT&T Local Data Mining system for network analysis. Before AT&T, Mr. Flanagan was responsible for the development of statistical pattern detection and recognition systems for the defense industry. Mr. Flanagan received a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona and Masters degrees in Computer Science and Statistics from CUNY and Rutgers University respectively.




Douglas Lieu
Vice President, Customer Service


Doug has 18 years of experience in information systems and telecommunications technology. Prior to joining InfoValue, he was a senior manager of a 100+ people AT&T Local Services OSS Integration Engineering Division, responsible for the development of capacity planning, cable management and service scorecard systems. Earlier, Doug worked at Teleport Communications Group, where he headed the group responsible for the design, implementation and operation support of network inventory, network monitoring, trouble ticketing, call detail analysis and enterprise interactive budgeting systems. Doug received a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology.



Steve Lin
General Manager, InfoValue Taiwan


Steve has been very successful in the IT industry in Taiwan and China for over 25 years. One of his most notable experiences was with Bull, the leading French IT company, where he spent 12 years in various senior sales & marketing executive positions, including the Vice Chairman of Bull Greater China. Steve graduated from the Department of Economics, National Taiwan University.



Bodhi Mukherjee, Ph.D.
Vice President, Engineering


Bodhi is an expert in distributed middleware, operating systems, distributed and parallel systems, clusters, collaborative systems and multimedia communications. Prior to joining InfoValue, Bodhi was a research staff member in IBM Watson Research Center, where he was the technical leader for event based distributed systems, distributed middleware for collaborative systems, scalable distributed middleware and fault tolerant cluster projects. He has authored numerous research papers, contributed book chapters and holds several patents on distributed systems. Bodhi received a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
